What is ZTS Connector?
ZTS connector connects your Zoho CRM and your Shopify so that you can run your business more effectively and easily. It brings back product purchase information to your Zoho CRM and updates your Zoho CRM enabling you to have targeted email marketing. You can also populate your Shopify Product list from Zoho CRM using this connector.
What exact Information will flow back and forth in every Sync ?
From Zoho to Shopify:
Product list gets synced.
Products get automatically created in Shopify if they are present in your Zoho CRM
From Shopify to Zoho :
Product purchase information gets synced.
Once someone buys a product, an Invoice and corresponding Account and Contact gets created in Zoho. Inventory list also gets updated
