What is ZTX connector?
ZTX connector connects your Zoho CRM and your Xero so that you can run your business more effectively and easily. It ensures a smooth flow of your business information between your CRM and accounting software so that your Sales team always has up to date information about customers and Accounts department is more productive. This truly bi-directional connector syncs your Zoho CRM Invoices in Xero and syncs back the Xero Invoice Status in Zoho CRM. Apart from Invoices, it also syncs Accounts, Contacts.

What exact Information will flow back and forth in every Sync ?
From Zoho to Xero:
It allows you to create/update Customers and Draft Invoices in Xero to reflect your Zoho Invoices, Contacts and Accounts. Once your accountant approves this draft, it becomes an Invoice in Xero.

From Xero to Zoho :
It allows to sync the updated Xero Invoice status back in Zoho CRM.

Can I decide how many times to Sync in a day ?
Its your data. You should have a complete control over it. With this belief we have made this product to give you lot of flexibility and choice in Syncing your data.

You can Sync your data any time / every 12 hours.

Is there any limit on number of records I can process using ZTX connector.
